Together Money is seeking a talented Remote Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the business in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on financial risks and compliance obligations. Your day-to-day will involve interpreting regulatory guidance, conducting risk assessments, monitoring controls, and preparing comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's risk management framework and compliance policies. • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews, identifying potential gaps and recommending mitigation strategies. • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, PRA) and assess their impact on the business, ensuring timely updates to policies and procedures. • Assist in the preparation of detailed compliance reports, risk dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies. • Provide advice and guidance to business units on risk and compliance matters, fostering a strong risk awareness culture. • Investigate compliance breaches and operational incidents, coordinating corrective actions and follow-up reviews. • Develop and deliver training sessions to staff on key risk and compliance topics. • Maintain accurate and organised records of all risk and compliance activities and documentation. Required Skills • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or regulatory role within financial services. • Strong understanding of UK financial services regulations (FCA handbook, GDPR, AML, etc.). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICA Certificate/Diploma in Compliance or Risk Management, CRISC, FRM). • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software or tools. • A degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
