Job Description Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging systems. Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated innature Reporting to the Supervisor / Project Manager, Managed Services. ## Job Complexity Work on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action. ## Supervision Normally receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects. ## Scope Receive assignments in the form of goals with goals and the process by which to meet goals. ## Interaction Frequently interact with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Build productive internal/external working relationships.
