Purpose

The Manager, Content & Digital Marketing is responsible for developing high-quality, insight-driven content and digital marketing assets that support business development, brand positioning, and leadership visibility at PANTHERx.

This role serves as a core storytelling engine for the organization—translating complex ideas, data, and strategic priorities into clear, compelling narratives across formats, including executive presentations, thought leadership content, and digital channels. By combining analytical rigor with creative execution, this role ensures that PANTHERx communicates with clarity, consistency, and impact across all external and internal touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Executive Presentations & Strategic Storytelling

  • Develops clear, structured narratives for executive presentations, business development materials, and strategic initiatives.
  • Authors polished, client-ready PowerPoint presentations from initial outline through final delivery, including storyline development, slide writing, and visual design.
  • Takes ownership to translate complex concepts, data, and insights into concise, compelling, materials.
  • Proactively identifies data needs and coordinates inputs across teams to strengthen presentation quality and credibility.

Content Development & Thought Leadership

  • Creates a range of content marketing assets, including patient stories, thought leadership articles, blog posts, email campaigns, and short-form video content.
  • Synthesizes insights from internal subject matter experts, external research, and market intelligence into differentiated content.
  • Ensures consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all content formats.
  • Authors patient-facing materials that clearly explain complex topics in an easy-to-read and empathetic manner.
  • Manages editorial workflows, review cycles, and approval processes.

Digital Marketing & Channel Execution

  • Writes and optimizes content for digital channels, including website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and social platforms.
  • Supports ongoing website content development and updates, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand and business priorities.
  • Executes and manages email marketing campaigns, including copy development, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Applies basic performance insights (open rates, engagement, conversions) to refine messaging and improve effectiveness over time.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, including both writing and design.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High level of independent judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize input from diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in healthcare, rare disease, or with pharma manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment

Work Environment

This position works in a professional home or office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Travel may be required to support industry events – up to 10-20% travel.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, talk, or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will need the ability to lift and transport event materials, assist with booth setup and teardown, and manage shipping logistics as needed during on-site event execution. Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as reading and commonly working with various forms of data on a screen.
