The Worldwide Apple Online Store Sales team is looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals who want to offer Apple customers an unparalleled customer sales experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: You will learn about Apple Products and become a specialist on product features and related accessories.

Consultative Sales: Provide consultative sales solutions to customers based on their needs, following the Apple Online Store Customer Engagement model.

Stay Informed: Understand how to use multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies, and technology changes.

Order Management: Set the customers expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., "what happens next" to ensure a favorable end-to-end purchasing experience.

Sales Orders: Enter new sales orders into the appropriate system(s) where appropriate.

Customer Relationships: Seek to establish rapport with customers so that they will actively seek the agent to process their next Apple Store requirement.

Sales Goals: Achieve sales goals set out by the business while providing an excellent customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Key Qualifications:

Confident with asking for the sale.
Previous record of hitting targets in a sales environment.
Function well in a dynamic, performance-based call center environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and assessed.
Customer-focused, shrewd, alert individual.
Consultancy and solutions-focused.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
Previous exposure in a customer-facing environment.
Experience with both Mac and PC.
Ability to translate “tech speak” into everyday, understandable terms.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain a positive outlook in a fast-paced work environment.
Possess a drive for results, demonstrates a degree of drive and determination.
Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, processes, and environments.
Ability to work autonomously.
Complex problem-solving abilities.
Typing speed should be above 40 WPM.
Additional Requirements:

Working Location: Work from home, in Guangzhou is a must.
Private and quiet working space, an ergonomic chair & a desk.
Suitable network speed.
Customer service or sales working background is highly preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
