As an In-Room Dining team member, you\'ll be at the heart of our guest experience—delivering beautifully presented meals and drinks directly to rooms with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable timing, bringing a 5-star service to the guest’s door.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with precision and care
  • Present trays and trolleys to 5-star standards, ensuring every detail is perfect
  • Handle guest requests with discretion, efficiency, and genuine hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pantries, trolleys, and service areas
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Support minibar replenishment and other in-room F&B tasks as needed

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or in-room dining role preferred
  • A professional, friendly manner and a passion for exceptional service
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
  • Excellent communication and a can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
