Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards, unauthorized access, or safety concerns.
  • Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
  • Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action, including contacting law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
  • Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, ensuring safety for all individuals involved.
  • Perform first aid and CPR when required to assist injured persons until professional help arrives.
  • Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, inspections, and security reports for record-keeping and future reference.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and conflict management strategies.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies.
  • Experience in security operations within military or law enforcement backgrounds is advantageous.
