Also, the financial analyst is tasked with maintaining financial data and metadata in SAP financial system.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities include but not limited to:<br /> • Enter contractual obligations in financial system (SAP) and maintain project metadata<br /> • Process Cast & Crew payroll for Animation division, and Film Division when needed<br /> • Calculate and process monthly term deal producer overhead payments in accordance with contractual terms<br /> • Submit set-up and termination paperwork for term deal employees; compile bi-weekly timecards; process expense reports<br /> • Liaise with payees during vendor set-up process<br /> • Review and process invoices relating to development projects and term deals<br /> • Prepare cost-to-date summary with interest calculation, as requested by business users<br /> • Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for commitment management reporting<br /> • Manage travel credit card payment and monthly reconciliation<br /> • Prepare journal entries<br /> • Assist in managing calendar for head of Development Finance<br /> • Other Ad-hoc reporting as required<br /> Basic qualifications:<br /> • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred<br /> • Proficient skills in Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)<br /> • 2+ years Finance/Accounting experience<br /> Additional Qualifications:<br /> • SAP experience preferred but not required<br /> • Good analytical skills; detail oriented<br /> • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills<br /> Founded in 1912, Paramount Pictures works with talented filmmakers to produce and distribute entertainment around the world.
