<p><b>Finance Business Partner (DACH) | Tech | £75,000 to £95,000 + bonus | London (Hybrid)</b></p><p>Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global, <b>PE-backed</b> Technology business who are looking to appoint a high-caliber Finance Business Partner to their London team. This is a critical hire acting as the primary commercial bridge to European business units (DACH focus); therefore, <b>fluent German language skills are a non-negotiable requirement.</b></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, German-speaking professional to step into a highly visible role. You will work closely with senior leadership and the M&A team to support the business through an aggressive period of international growth and integration.</p><p>With significant Private Equity backing, the company is scaling rapidly across the UK and the EMEA region. Finance is viewed as a strategic value-driver rather than a back-office function, placing this team at the heart of budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision-support.</p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>This position will suit a proactive \\\"self-starter\\\" who wants to go beyond the numbers and truly influence how a pan-European business operates. You will provide the financial analysis and operational insight necessary for department heads to make informed decisions and drive profitability. Alongside core FP&A, you will play a leading role in finance transformation, process improvement, and post-acquisition integration projects.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>DACH Regional Lead:</b> Spearhead the budgeting, forecasting, and rolling re-forecast processes for the DACH business units.</li><li><b>Commercial Partnering:</b> Act as the lead Finance Business Partner to non-finance stakeholders, taking the lead on business cases and investment appraisals.</li><li><b>P&L Management:</b> Full ownership of P&L reporting and performance analysis for key entities.</li><li><b>Insightful Reporting:</b> Produce high-quality management accounts and commercial packs that \\\"tell the story\\\" behind the data.</li><li><b>Financial Modelling:</b> Build and maintain sophisticated models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making.</li><li><b>Transformation:</b> Lead on finance integration and process improvement projects to align regional reporting with Group PE standards.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Influence:</b> Partner with non-finance heads to improve budget accountability and operational efficiency.</li><li><b>Ad Hoc Projects:</b> Provide deep-dive analysis for commercial projects, M&A activity, and regional performance reviews.</li></ul><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li><b>Qualifications:</b> Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
