Location: Changi

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Fashion Designer to join our apparel team. This role focuses on designing performance wear, activewear, and knit-based garments, working closely with product development and production teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design activewear and performance apparel from concept to final sample
  • Develop sketches, tech packs, and detailed garment specifications
  • Research trends, fabrics, trims, and industry innovations
  • Work with internal teams on fitting, pattern adjustments, and technical refinements
  • Ensure designs meet production feasibility, costing requirements, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers and factories on fabric selection and prototype development
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field
  • On job training will be provided
  • Experience in sportswear/activewear/knitwear design is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and technical details
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to work within timelines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
