We’re a private investment firm based in Fort Worth that builds much of our internal technology in-house, and we’re looking for an early-career technologist to help us integrate AI across the firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging tools, building automations, and turning new AI capabilities into practical systems that improve how a business operates. You’ll research and evaluate cutting-edge AI platforms, prototype workflows, and deploy solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, and internal operations.<br><br>As our Internal AI Specialist, you’ll act as the bridge between technology and the business—working with teams across the firm, including leadership, to identify high-impact opportunities for AI. You’ll build and test automations, integrate APIs and AI tools, and help employees adopt these technologies through hands-on support and training.
