The Group Internal Audit (GIA) supports World Bank processes through risk-based assurance and advisory services. The Professional Practices & Innovation (PPI) Team drives initiatives in technology, data analytics, knowledge management, and continuous process improvement to enhance GIA operations. Responsibilities include: Supporting the PPI Manager in driving results and strategic goals related to technology and innovation. Coordinating risk assessment and work program development processes within GIA. Supporting special projects, professional development, and knowledge management initiatives. Maintaining and updating knowledge repositories and supporting capacity building activities. Implementing quality assurance programs and improving audit methodologies. Executing daily activities involving SharePoint, MS Teams, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and other platforms, including troubleshooting and platform maintenance. Selection Criteria Minimum 2 years of professional experience and a master\'s degree or equivalent in knowledge management, data science, technology, or related fields. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in global organizations, internal audit, risk management, or digital transformation.
