  • Location: Brighton, hybrid
  • Duration: Temporary, until 31.12.2025
  • Hours: 15 hours per week, Saturday to Monday, 5 hours per day

Manpower has a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become a Customer Care Professional, working with our client a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.

The team are responsible for working new card applications to make sure they cover all requirements to protect Customers and the business on a day-to-day basis. New accounts are processed with the highest standard of quality and first-class customer service to build that relationship with new cardmembers.

The Role

  • Deliver world-class customer service
  • Convert new account applications into New Card Accounts by assessing the applicant's suitability to become a customer of the business
  • Build strong collaborative partnerships within the business
  • Work compliantly to process anti money laundering and risk verifications on card applications
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers by offering custom solutions and to negotiate a positive outcome for the Customer and the Business
  • Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
  • Navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
  • Uphold the Data Protection and Privacy Act for Customers
  • Update systems accurately and efficiently
  • Re-prioritize to adapt to the ever-changing environment

In your role you must be:

  • Highly fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a business context
  • Critical, analytical, and forward thinking with problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate personal excellence and integrity
  • Display a passion to serve by delivering outstanding service for Customers
  • The ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems and digital tools to service Customers
  • Experience and knowledge of using basic Microsoft tools
