The team combines data, technology, and customer insights to reduce risk while maintaining a seamless customer experience, and plays a critical role in protecting both customers and the business. This is a group that values analytical rigor, ownership, and thoughtful decision-making — and we’re excited to continue growing the team!<br><br>As a <strong>Credit Business Analyst</strong>, you will design, build, and monitor fraud defenses across our banking and credit products. You’ll use data to identify emerging fraud risks, translate insights into actionable strategies, and work closely with product, operations, and engineering partners to implement solutions. Your work will directly influence fraud loss outcomes while ensuring customers can confidently use Robinhood’s financial products.<br><br>This role is based in our <strong>New York, NY; Menlo Park, CA; or Washington, DC</strong> office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least <strong>3 days per week</strong>.<br><br>At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
