Summary:
The Associate Special Operations Representative supports both customers and internal teams by managing pre- and post-sales service functions. This role handles customer requests, processes returns (RMA), exchanges, and service orders, and updates databases to track the status of equipment, repairs, and inventory. Responsibilities include documenting and reporting return and repair information, maintaining organized service records, coordinating field service calls, managing product updates and pricing, and resolving return or credit issues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Support and contribute to the development and improvement of the ProCare Special Operations program and processes
  • Collaborate with the Special Operations Team and Medical Field Service Team on project execution and logistical planning
  • Lead or assist with Special Operations projects, coordinating with field service, sales, marketing, and tech support teams
  • Repair, deliver, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment in accordance with Stryker Medical specifications and product manuals
  • Conduct all required quality control checks to ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Maintain, record, and manage assigned calibrated tools and inventory
  • Execute PM projects, upgrades, and other Special Operations initiatives in partnership with ProCare teams
  • Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism in support of field service and Special Operations operations

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21+ years of age and have a valid driver license.
  • Ability to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in field service or project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PowerBI

$21.58 - $37.96/hr., plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
