In the US, we’re a critical partner for the majority of top AEC firms, and rapidly expanding our presence globally, with offices in Sweden, Australia, Germany and the UK.</p><p> </p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Maternity Cover (approx. 18 months) </strong>for our <strong>Academic Program in Europe</strong>. This role will continue and further develop the Bluebeam Academic Program across DACH, France, and selected EU regions.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Academic Program connects education and industry by enabling students and educators to access Bluebeam solutions, build relevant skills, and engage with industry networks. This position plays a key role in expanding Bluebeam’s presence in academia, strengthening relationships with universities and educators, and increasing brand awareness among future AEC professionals.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <p> </p> <p><strong>Program Development & Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the continued growth of the Bluebeam Academic Program across DACH, France, and EU regions.</li> <li>Execute and further develop existing program initiatives to increase adoption in academic institutions.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the academic network.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Academic Partnerships & Relationship Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with academic stakeholders to understand their goals, tailor resources, and drive solution adoption.</li> <li>Serve as a key point of contact for the academic community in the region.</li> <li>Identify and manage opportunities for academic partnerships, sponsorships, and participation in relevant events.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Outreach & Brand Awareness</strong></p> <ul> <li>Represent Bluebeam at academic and industry events as an expert in academic programming and AEC technology.</li> <li>Increase brand awareness among students and educators.</li> <li>Deliver dynamic product demonstrations for faculty and students, enhancing product knowledge.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Program Execution & Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage program initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation.</li> <li>Regularly work with internal teams to influence academic program strategies and represent the academic community in interdepartmental initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of program strategy and processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Communications & Content</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead academic communications strategies, including webpages, emails, surveys, marketing materials, and social media campaigns tailored to regional and cultural contexts.</li> <li>Ensure all content reflects understanding of DACH, France, and EU academic contexts. Support and execute communication strategies for academic audiences</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Data & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track, analyze, and report program data and insights to measure effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Academic Licensing & Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage academic licensing operations, ensuring clear communication regarding eligibility, installation, and support.</li> <li>Support educators and students with onboarding and usage</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <h3><strong>Experience required:</strong></h3> <ul type="disc"> <li>Professional experience in Marketing and/or Communications.</li> <li>Knowledge of DACH academic systems, trends, challenges, and opportunities in integrating software into education. Knowledge of French and/or other EU academic regions would be highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to tailor messages to academic audiences in various cultural and linguistic contexts.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Enthusiasm for technology as a tool for growth in education.</li> <li>Background or familiarity with the AEC industry would be highly desirable.</li> <li>Collaborative with a team-first mentality and focus on shared goals.</li> <li>Adaptable, proactive problem-solver with sound decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Full Fluency in German and English.
